iBPLS:BPBC Launching – LGU San Antonio, Zambales

The Local Government of San Antonio, Zambales officially launched the Integrated Business Permits and Licensing System: Business Permit with Barangay Clearance (iBPLS:BPBC) last December 27, 2022, held at the Municipal Hall of San Antonio, Province of Zambales.

Municipal Mayor Hon. Edzel L. Lonzanida, MD, the local chief executive of San Antonio, said that the iBPLS:BPBC will lessen corruption, promote transparency, and will remove hassles and queues in government transactions. He also said that the launching will mark the commitment of the LGU in the full operation of the said system.

Officials from the partner National Government Agencies (NGAs) – including Ms. Stephany Panaligan, LGOO V of DILG Zambales, Dir. Enrique Tacbad, Provincial Director of DTI Zambales, Engr. Petronilo S. Villafuerte, the Technical Operations Division Chief of DICT Region 3, Mr. Jeffrey O. Lazaro, the Provincial Head of DICT Zambales, and via recorded video Dir. Jose Carlos Reyes, Director IV of Government Digital Transformation Bureau, congratulated the LGU San Antonio for the official launching of the automated business permit processing system.
